You’ve got to see this new Sandwich named after Roy Nelson from Epic Deli in Chicago

Giant-SandwichRoy Nelson just surpassed the rest of the heavyweight division in one particular category—having a delicious and ridiculously stacked sandwich named after him. That’s right; Epic Deli in Chicago has come out with the new Nelson-inspired “Big Country.”

You can watch a video of the sandwich-ologist making the Big Country, but the most important part of the video is when he described it as “incredibly unhealthy—just like Roy Nelson.” How much better can it get?

Now, let me light a fire in your belly by giving you a play-by-play of all the ingredients that go onto this goddamn masterpiece. First spread a smooth and generous helping of avocado mayo on both the top and bottom of a footlong bun. Then drop on about a pound of pulled pork until it looks like the sandwich already has enough stuff on it to be complete. But trust me when I say this…it’s not even close to being done yet.

Next, layer on a few slices of black forest ham, followed by some habenero nacho cheese—a lot of it. For good measure, stack it with some pepperoni and…we were all waiting for this moment—piles of bacon. If that wasn’t enough, top this piece of art off with a giant handful of Doritos and you have THE BIG COUNTRY! Jesus I’m hungry!
