SOnnenVIG1Chael Sonnen went on a Lil’ Nog Tweeting spree last night after it was announced that Nogueira had pulled out of his upcoming fight with Alexander Gustafsson just days after it was booked. This is far from the first time he’s had to be removed from a scheduled fight in the UFC. In fact, it’s not even the first Gustafsson fight he’s pulled out of.

He was supposed to face Gus in April, but was injured. In addition, he’s also pulled out of fights with Rich Franklin and Shogun Rua due to injury as well. We know these things are part of the sport…but that won’t stop Chael Sonnen from ripping Nogueira. Nothing can stop that train. Sonnen hammered Nogueira so many times on Twitter that we can actually make a top 10 list of our favorites. Here they are…

10. Too bad he can’t list his profession as “Fight Avoider” on his tax return

9. Maybe Dos Santos can lend Lil Nog his heart while his face heals

8. Instead of a contract, Joe Silva faxes him a Missing Person’s Report

7. Lil Nog: The only man who ‘no-showed’ more times than Axl Rose

6. it’s Halloween. Lil’ Nog went as a FIGHTER. But he didn’t fool anybody and got no candy

5. He’s the “Carmen Sandiego” of MMA

4. FOR SALE: MMA GLOVES Never used. Contact Lil’ Nog, 1 Fragile Chicken Road, No-Show, Brazil

3. He signs his contracts in disappearing ink

2. He gets hurt more than Johnny Knoxville

1. He fights less than Ghandi

I think it’s safe to say Minotauro won’t be helping Team Sonnen as a guest coach on the next TUF: Brazil.
